About the Trans Trainer

This blog is dedicated to promoting health and fitness in the transgender community with a special focus on transgender women and nonbinary folks. Being transgender comes with several unique needs that require additional expertise from health and wellness professionals, which is severely lacking in the fitness industry. It is my aim to do my part to address those needs and further normalize the existence of transgender people in fitness, as a transgender woman and a personal trainer.
